We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. (included in the product price).

Orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days.

At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@scoobstories.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll evaluate and make it right.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
